Discreet Packaging
Our packages are sent out in plain packaging with no mention of the contents. If you have special requirements then please email us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. For example if you would like the parcel to be sent to arrive on a specific day, we will try our best, but we cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail.
Different Shipping Address
If you wish to have the goods sent to another address, simply enter the shipping address as you place the order. Items bought as a gift can be gift wrapped for a small charge, and special messages can be written on your behalf. Please email us at the time of ordering to tell us requirements and we will help in any way we can.
Returns Policy
Any faulty product may be returned to us within 14 days for replacement or a full refund.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, worn garments or used products cannot be returned. Please thoroughly check the product before using it. The returned item must be returned in the original packaging. Any products supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened are non refundable and non exchangable unless proven to be faulty.
Any order may be cancelled before despatch for a full refund. Any refunds will be made as soon as the goods are returned or within 30 days whichever happens sooner. Goods should be returned to us at the customers expense.

Postage
Postage is charged at £4 for orders up to £40 and then free with orders over £40. Your order is sent securely and discreetly so your postman will never know what it is, we can also send to an alternate address if you wish such as your work address. We usually use Royal Mail Special Delivery so a signature may be required. Your order will be insured at our cost when it is despatched to you.
All our orders will be delivered within 2-14 days dependent on availability, however should there be a longer delay, you will be notified immediately. |
